Pre-Made Adoptable Characters
This thread will contain all available pre-made characters that can be "adopted" as either a first character, or an alternate character for an already existant role-player on this board. If you have a character concept for a family member, friend, or simply just a wolf that you think might be interesting for someone else to role-play; contact one of the administrators to get them added to this thread! All characters, once posted here, are no longer under control of the person whom 'submitted' them, they are intended to be an aid for those wishing a first or another character but not having an idea of what they would like to play.
Note On AGE of Submissions:There is no restriction on wolves that are posted here that are over 8 months of age. However, if you are posting a puppy, a wolf under 8 months of age, there must be a legitimate reason for doing so and the pup must have been born in-character on Paragon. Thus, pups that are posted here would be the "unadopted" pups perhaps that are meant to be in a litter that is / was recently born on game.

Anord, Male - Dharsii Robles
Parents: Torfsaa - Mother, Kronos - Father
History: Dharsii was one of the Anord that was exiled, along with his parents at a young age in AE 45.
His parents were forced to raise him in that exile, thankfully, they still retained remnants of their element and
they thrived well. Finally, news of the Anords regathering as a pack again reached his family, by which time Dharsii
was one year old. He heard and was more than delighted to venture to join them, although also a bit frightened from
leaving his family, as his parents confessed they had grown accustomed to their solitary lives together and prefered
to keep that peace. Upon arriving at the Pearly Cliffs, Dharsii joined the pack that had only recently reclaimed the
area and has lived there since.

(No Image Yet!) |
Birthdate: End Nua, AE 49
Description: His main pelt color is a deep navy. Very slight, almost unnoticeable, azure highlights run
through his entire pelt, and his underbelly is a slightly lighter tone of royal blue. A small silver smudge at his
left shoulder in the shape of a heart, a second speck of silver that rests digagonally above the heart and some faint
silver on his lips and undermuzzle are the only other markings on this wolf. His eyes are a pale silvery-blue. He has
an average, wiry frame, with sturdy muscle tones.

|
Personality: The first impression you'd take from his dark complexion and self-
possessed expresion would be that of a dominant character, by his aloofness alone, although it is quite deceiving
sometimes. |

Anord, Female - Litonya Parents: Nadawi - Mother, Namid - Father
History: All in all she was a very happy pup and continues to be a happy adult. Her parents are still living safe and happy within the pack’s lands. Her father had been a Shaman, and he taught his daughter to look at the world from a different point of view and try to see all sides of an argument or the results of a choice. Her mother had been a Ranger, always working on supplying food for her pack mates and taught Litonya to do the same.

Birthdate: Beginning Lasair, 51AE
Description: Her main pelt is various shades of dark gray. The spaces around her eyes, sides of her muzzle, chest, stomach and under her tail are dark blue. Her cheeks, ears and paws are dark purple and her eyes are bright silver in coloration. What makes her stand out however, are the unusual floral like markings in dark purple, one on either side of her body between her shoulders and hips. She is built taller than the average wolf, and yet instead of being built strong and muscular she is rather slender to the point of almost being too thin.
|
|
Personality: As she grew, Litonya grew into a gentle spirited wolf that has a great love and respect for her fellow Anords. Having grown to love her pack mates and their ways of life she has chosen to follow in the paw prints of her father and seeks to become a Shaman. Since choosing this path she continues to be taught by her father whom she visits at least every couple of days. |

Critheans - Larkspur Family
Parents: Datura - Mother, Strychnine - Father
Birthdates: Beginning Lasair (June 22nd) AE 48
Family History: A first litter for the two parents, Shamans whom dabbled in herbalism, they were a
volitile pair, whom, despite their frequent fighting, loved each other deeply. They gave this love to their children,
perhaps too lavishly, for Lock (whom was the runt of the litter) became spoiled. Hoodie wound up the unofficial
leader of the bunch, calmly and fairly easing the tensions amongst the siblings. Lock secretly envied his older
brother's assumed power, but kept it bottled inside, and instead his sister Ollie was his constant companion.
When they were young, the four were quite close, doing everything together. Just after their first year was the awful
day when Lock first snapped, the siblings left unsupervised as they were clearly old enough to be such. It was a
display of what, in their family could be called the "Larkspur Rage". The "rage" had always been described to them as
a sudden and violent eruption of fury that the wolf would have little control over. It was known to be genetic, a
trait that neither of their parents had, but their parents had displayed. Triggered perhaps by barely nothing, it was
known to last anywhere from a few minutes to up to perhaps half of an hour. If it were to last under ten minutes,
scarcely a memory of the event would be had by the wolf, bit as Lock's rage lasted almost a full ten, he has a slight
memory of doing this but no real idea as to why.
Lock claimed afterwards when questioned that a Spiorad had blinked in and brutally attacked Hoodie, as no real sign
of another wolf had been present. What really happened only Hoodie and Lock know the fine details of, and even then,
neither really understands it. Somehow, Hoodie lived, but with terrible scarring to his throat that would make
everyday life a challenge from then on.
The four stuck together, surprisingly, because they simply didn't consider splitting up. Eventually, after nearly 3
years of making a life for themselves in the wilds of the Emerald Forest, Lock inadvertently led them to the main
Crithean pack, an event he neither planned or likeds. He did not want to lose the power or control he had held over
his three siblings for the past twp odd years, but neither could they just slip back within the trees. For the other
three, Oleander, Foxglove, and especially Monkshood, it was a chance at a new life. Perhaps there was more to it than
Hemlock's erratic rule.

Monkshood "Hoodie" Larkspur

Gender: Male
Description: Hoodie is a strong and powerful wolf (37"), but the chocolate male does not hold himself as such.
He walks with a slumped, shuffling gait, head held low to hide the mass of knotted scars ripping across his throat,
thanks to his younger brother, Lock.
Hoodie is mostly a deep chocolate brown with tints of russet and gold sprinkled faintly around. Grey fur rolls over
his throat, underbelly, and guard hairs on his gray tipped tail and ruff. The only truely striking thing about the
quiet giant are his glittering green gold eyes, which are truely beautiful and show some of the good wolf hidden
behind his downtrodden mask.
|
Personality: Hoodie is easily the smartest of the four, and the most gentle, at
least in nature. He, like all of the Larkspurs, has a volatile streak that can bloom into a rage. The "Larkspur rage"
is the least pronounced in the brown behemoth, as he is a very large wolf. A master of charmwork and herbalism,
Hoodie cares much for everyone, yet he is very self conscious over his injury and cannot speak to its true origin. He
is extremely shy around anyone he doesn't know, as he often has to rely on his siblings to "translate" for him.
Because he cannot vocalize without great difficulty and pain, Hoodie primarily communicates in an elaborate display
of body language, grunts, and charm work. He abhors violence, ironic, considering his family, but he knows what
violence begets. He does not leave his siblings for a few reasons:
They are currently the only ones who can understand him.
He wants to ensure Lock doesn't harm anyone else the way he was harmed.
He doesn't think anyone else would want him around. |
